Prague Basketball Contest –  International Streetball Jam Vaclavske Namesti – main square of The most beautifull city in Europe, unfortunately 69NYC team reached 4th place, on the other hand very strong international team didn’t let us win.

Contgratulations for our jiu-jitsu fighters from LUTADORES Fight Club.

Aleksander Mędrala (category over 30 years old, no more than 94 kilos weight) and Damian Grabowski (category 100,5 kilos and more) are silver medalists in World’s Jiu-Jitsu Champinship in Sao Paolo Brasil. They are currently the best polish jiu-jitsu fighters , and world’s silver medalists. For both of them this is the biggest achievement lifetime, but on the other hand they are sure to win next year’s World’s Championship.

They also have won GOLD MEDALS in the same categories in Brasil Open Championship in Rio de Janerio two weeks later.

This is surely big promotion for Polish Jiu-Jitsu Scene.

 

Our team has just returned from MTV SHOWTIME RNB/HIP-HOP AWARDS 2008 in Ukraine. As you can see our Ukrainiam friends XL DELUXE and Vova zi Lvova were also there winning competitions. There are many things to say about this country but first you must know that Ukraine has the most beautifull girls and knows how to do the best Parties in the world . Roland More a.k.a. DJ Mad Skill has been connected with the Stuttgart hip hop scene for nearly 10 years. His great talent combined with a lot of training has elevated him to a level not commonly found in Stuttgart. Mad Skill dj's all over Germany and has supported international acts such as, Wu-Tang Clan, Kool Savas, jeru The Damaja, Afura and DJ Desu gaining recpect and new contacts. Mad Skill would like to break into U.S. market with the help of Joe Young and member of Wu-Tang Inspectah Deck, they are releasing Skill's clip "I don't wanna go back" on MTV Urban) and AG from D. I. T. C. He's stiil in touch with Europe where he remains very busy. Mad Skill is one of Germany's top DJs and he just goes from strenght to strenght, now part of the Skoop Entertainment team of producers his dreams will very soon be lived. He moved to Prague few months ago. So now it´s from Stuttgart 2 Prague :)))
Mad Skill is working on his producer album with special TOP SK guests like Rytmus, Kontrafakt, Dara Rolins, Tina, Čistychov, Mi'o Biely and other specials. Album release date is on November 6th. Kaidžas, rapper from Nitra has been active since the end of nineties. Since 2000 he has performed at various shows in Czech republic and Slovakia, also at the biggest festivals like HipHopKemp, Hodokvas, Pohoda, Toto je HipHopfest... At the performance shows in style ABYSI ABYSOM there are on the microphones Kaidžas and Svetový Hlas , DJ Lucco covering their back of course. Besides concert shows he is also known for his freestyle - in 2005 he won Artattack freestyle battle (biggest freestyle rap contest in Slovakia). Fans could see and hear his freestyle at Kofola hiphop Tour, Hip Hop Foundation besides others.. In 2006 he released first czechoslovakian freestyle mixtape titles "Abysi do rána č.1" under czech label BBRekordy. At that time he recorded his own studio records, featured at albums and compilations of many wellknown CZ-SK names. You can hear it on albums like „Grimaso – Kto dá viac“, „Dj Kappa – Hra sa začína“, „Hip-hop.sk uvádza – PreHLAD 2008“, BlindDeaf Sampler, „Nejbr Hiphop Mix 2“, „DNA LPL 2“ , „Masaker – Oko Vraha“... Together with his younger brother he released succesful mixtape at the beggining of 2009 titled "V mene ulic". New Album Kaidžas- Klokočino was released on the 9th of NOV under Forza Music.

Recently, our favourite ukrainian rap-star VovaZiL'vova has finished shooting his latest video Shury-Mury with young & sexy singer L. Yasinska. Two days of hard working in Lviv City, ended up with lots of tapes of good material. 69 NYC clothes tooked the biggest part in every scene of the whole video. At the moment,video material is in the process of post-production. Check out some photoshooting from the video. 50 CENT IN SLOVAKIA
2.3.2010 time 20:00 Steel Aréna, Košice

50 Cent, civil name Curtis James Jackson III was born at 6.July 1976 in New York. His childhood wasn’t easy, he never known his own father and his mother was murdered, when he was only 9 years old. He began boxing, got involved in drug business and he spent some time in prison. After these problematic times he aimed his attention on rap. He adopted the nickname "50 Cent" as a metaphor for "change". The name was derived from Kelvin Martin, a 1980s Brooklyn robber known as "50 Cent". Jackson chose the name "because it says everything I want it to say. I'm the same kind of person 50 Cent was. I provide for myself by any means". In the middle of nineties he started raping more intensively. Friend introduce him to Jam Master Jay from Run DMC, owning a record company. 50 Cent was officially introduced to public by track "React". After his son Marquise Jackson was born in 1997 his life started to change. In 1999 he left Jam Master Jay Records and started cooperation with Columbia Records which brought album ” Power of the Dollar”. His popularity was rising thank to successfull single “How to Rob”. Soon after that he was shot and almost lost his life. Atfer 9 gunshots (his tongue was also shot what have influence on his voice) it is miracle that he survived. His star could rise more and more but after this incident Columbia records canceled deal with him. Debut album is released in 2002 and its name is “Guess Who´s Back” and contains tracks from first unreleased album. In 2003 he released next album and he sold millions of copies. 50 Cent is real star from that time and his name is written into hip-hop fans forever. This star is brought to Slovakia by Equinox agency. 50 Cent will perform his show in Steel arena in Košice at 2.March.

This is going to be the biggest show in this part of Europe ever, so if you live in Slovakia, Poland, Czech Republic, Hungary and another countries close to Košice/Slovakia you cannot miss the concert.
